- Simplify: Streamline your schedules, meals, and wardrobe. The more you simplify, the less you’ll have to manage, worry about, or clean.
- Learn to say no: It’s alright to decline additional responsibilities during this time. Only say “yes” to things that won’t drain your energy. Remember, saying “no” is also an option!
